Product Information: The microswitch gives the appliance the ability to perform certain actions dependent on certain stimuli. The microswitch in a hydraulic diverter valve, for example, is activated when a tap that is connected to the system is is switched on. The microswitch then sends a communication to the PCB, letting it know that more hot water is needed and that the procedure for heating water should be activated. There are many models of microswitch dependent on the location and what mechanism they are attached to.
